Laudan Kermani Gish
LCSW, PMH-C, PPSC

Laudan is a nationally recognized psychotherapist and coach who works with individuals navigating high-stress careers, life transitions, identity development, and questions of self-worth.

Like many of the clients she works with, Laudan holds many roles in her own life — therapist, parent, wife, friend, boss, daughter, client, and colleague. Each offers a different perspective, deepening the empathy and curiosity she brings to her work.

Her path has taken her from the fast-paced worlds of entertainment and public relations to high-stress executive environments, and ultimately to her life’s work in clinical practice. These experiences give her a unique lens on the complexities of identity, self-worth, and resilience, especially for those navigating demanding careers, major life transitions, and the pressures of public-facing roles.

She began her clinical career with a deep commitment to supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders — a passion that led her to work extensively in eating disorder and mental health treatment, crisis case management, and with families navigating complex relational dynamics. These formative experiences shaped her trauma-informed, integrative approach to care and laid the foundation for her broader specialization in perinatal mental health, adult ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma. Over time, her practice has expanded to meet the evolving needs of her clients, always centering self-worth as the foundation for lasting change.

With a supportive and grounding style, Laudan integrates insight with practicality, tailoring evidence-based approaches to address the emotional, environmental, and cultural factors shaping each client’s life. These include:
