As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking both associate therapists and licensed therapists in California, Texas, and Connecticut, to join our team.

This role is well-suited for clinicians who are currently working in higher levels of care and are looking to expand their experience into a private practice setting while maintaining strong clinical standards.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Be an Associate or Licensed Therapist in California, Texas, or Connecticut

• Have prior experience in a higher level of care setting (Residential, PHP, IOP, crisis stabilization, or hospital-based work)

• Have clinical experience treating eating disorders or perinatal mental health concerns in a formal treatment setting

• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and comfort working with acuity

We’re Looking For a Clinician Who

• Values integrative, insight-oriented work

• Is a self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively

• Skilled in working with Traum and trauma-informed modalities (EMDR or ART a plus)

• Is interested in building a sustainable outpatient caseload within a collaborative practice
