Expert care, wherever you are in Texas
Texas is big. Finding a true specialist shouldn’t mean a long drive or a months-long waitlist.
Whether you’re caring for a newborn in the Houston suburbs, juggling a demanding job in Dallas–Fort Worth, studying in Austin, or living somewhere in West Texas where specialists are few and far between, online therapy brings focused, evidence-based care to you.
Sessions happen over secure video, so you can meet from home, your office, or any private space where you feel at ease, and still get the depth of care you’d expect in person.

Texas FAQ
Do I need to be in Texas during sessions?
Yes. Because Laudan is licensed in Texas, you need to be physically located in Texas at the time of each session. If you’ll be traveling out of state, let us know so we can plan around it.
I’m a college student in Texas. Can I work with you?
Yes. If you’re in school in Texas, whether in Austin, College Station, Houston, or elsewhere, you can have sessions while you’re in the state, even if your permanent address is somewhere else.
Do you work with teens in Texas?
Yes, for ADHD therapy and coaching. A parent or guardian’s consent is generally needed before a minor begins therapy, and we’ll walk you through that process.
Do you offer in-person sessions in Texas?
Not at this time. All Texas sessions are held online. If you’re ever in Los Angeles, in-person sessions are available at our offices there.
Is coaching available in Texas?
Yes. Coaching isn’t tied to state licensure, so executive and wellness coaching is available wherever you live.
What if I’m in crisis?
Online therapy isn’t an emergency service. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
